Hab 2:12-14
Cities built on blood and sin will not stand: those who so build will find that all they have built is meant for fire, it will be destroyed because it is destined for nothing. The reason for this vanity is:
"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord."
The glory of God will so consume all the earth that people will not be able to deny it. While we look at majestic mountains, towering trees, and an amazing diversity of life starting today my family and I will see the glory of God; but this verse promises that some who refuse to see His glory will be forced to see it because all the structures evil men have built will finally be destroyed: once and for all. When everything that hinders our view of God is wiped out, nothing will be left to prop up our own delusions and God will be seen as glorious as He is.
Father in Heaven, let me see Your glory today!
Son in Heaven, let Your glory be praised today!
Spirit in Heaven, let Your glory be sung today!
