Prov 28:1

Proverbs 28:1 ESV

The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.

This was hard this morning because I wanted to comment on the New Covenant in Ezekiel 36.  But this stood out so well to me.

When your conscience is hurting you, you are always afraid: when your sins do not cause you to fear you won’t fear anything.

I’m not afraid of persecution; I’m afraid of my own sins catching up with me.  Someone can mock me, despise me, hurt me, and even kill me: but if I shame my Savior, that is shame indeed.

Praise You Father for courage.

Praise You Son for salvation.

Praise You Spirit for righteousness.

Bold with you,

Pastor Greg
