Psalm 30:5

Psalm 30:5

        For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime.
      Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.

 

Oh Lord God, weeping is a part of life here on Earth.  I know you weep also when you see the pain of Your children.  We weep because of our own sin; we weep because of the sin of others: we weep because of the sickness of this sinful world.  Give us this joy that You have promised.  Sustain us while we walk through the Valley of Bacca (weeping) and give us hope for the joy that will come one fine Morning.

 

Praise You Father for joy.

Praise You Son that You took our pain.

Praise You Spirit that You fill us with hope.
